Our “Chef at Home” case lets us do the work so that you can enjoy the results in the comfort of your own home.  Items go from our case to your oven and straight to your table - it's a breeze..........Enjoy crab cakes, stuffed lobster, stuffed sole, stuffed portabella mushrooms, pecan crusted trout, kabobs…the list is endless!

We offer our home-made signature marinades, salsas and sauces as well as assorted breading, rubs and seasonings.  We also offer ready to eat items including, but never limited to peel and eat shrimp, chowders, bisques, gumbos, fresh tuna salad, shrimp salad, salmon salad, lobster salad, dips, etc.  These will be used to construct creative meals at home using creativity and variety to configure new combinations  to keep the interest in cooking seafood at home and not getting stuck in the rut of the same old thing all of the time. We will eventually craft complete dinners, complete with cooking instructions, for our customers to “pop into the oven” and yield gourmet quality cooking to impress friends and family or simply to satisfy themselves
