The Fish Market brings the ocean home to you. We fly our fish in fresh daily from around the world. We know all our sources, and filet our fish on the premises. We are diligent in how we store our seafood so as to maintain its freshness. Test the waters for yourself - stop by and take the sniff test! Our fish does not smell. We supply our restaurant with the freshest products that Chef Todd turns into award-winning dishes. The market reflects the freshest seasonal varieties from around the world such as ahi tuna, cod, swordfish, salmon, snapper, flounder, halibut, shrimp, lobster, blue crab, king crab, Dungeness crab, mussels, sea scallops and so much more. We focus on fresh (never frozen) wild products but also carry some frozen as well as farm-raised products where necessary. Seafood products must be sustainable; hence, there is a need to farm-raise as well as catch in the open waters. Quality and Value are our priorities. Have a hankering for something special?
