Sea Breeze Fish Market and Grill first began in the Oruch’s kitchen in 2007 developing recipes and creating a vision to launch a restaurant offering the freshest fish in DFW. While Sea Breeze has evolved from a fast casual to full service experience one thing has stayed the same, the fish market. Due to Rick’s relationships with fish suppliers throughout the country, we continue to fly in the freshest fish available.
After transitioning to a full service restaurant in 2011, we have become a destination spot for seafood fanatics from all over the country that now call DFW home. Our menu represents the best of all coasts; with fresh Haddock and Scallops from the East coast, Alaskan Halibut and Wild Salmon from the West coast, we have it all.
Since joining the seafood industry in 1988, Rick has focused on providing quality products and creating an environment that innovatively features fresh fish. His experience at both Central Market and Whole Foods led him to fulfilling a lifelong dream, opening a family run restaurant.
Ryan began working at Sea Breeze in high school and since becoming General Manager in 2016 he has helped Sea Breeze sail to new heights. Ryan infuses his interest in wine to ensure we offer an elevated dining experience for every customer.
